Designed on a limited square footage lot, the ADU brings life to the clients dream of being able to see the moon from their bed. The design maximizes the use of space while creating a cozy and functional living area. The ADU features a modern aesthetic with clean lines, large windows to capture natural light, and a thoughtful layout that includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and living area. The project emphasizes efficient use of space and sustainable design principles, making it a perfect addition to the client's property while adhering to local zoning regulations.
