· CONTEXT
A multi‑family residential building in the suburbs of Zurich, the project is designed to harmonize with its surroundings through steeply pitched roof forms and a composition of simple, carefully proportioned punched openings. Inside, each unit features a warm, refined interior that balances contemporary comfort with understated luxury. The development replaces a long‑abandoned, dilapidated single‑story house and represents a meaningful addition to the local housing stock, contributing to the ongoing revitalization of the neighborhood.
